How Much Drink Do You Need for a Finca Party in Mallorca?
You’ve booked the finca, invited half of Germany and the neighbours — now the big question: how much drink do you actually need? After thousands of deliveries to parties across Mallorca, here are the numbers we plan with.
The basic rule
For an evening party (5–6 hours) in the Mallorcan warmth, plan per adult guest:
- 3–4 beers (or equivalent in wine/mixed drinks) for drinkers
- 1–1.5 litres of water — heat is thirsty work, and you’ll thank yourself next morning
- 2–3 soft drinks per non-drinker or teenager
Keg maths: how many glasses per keg?

*Assuming beer is the main drink of the evening.

Don’t forget
- Water on the table: one crate of still water per 10 guests, minimum. Water selection →
